Italian language premiere at the Auditorium Parco Della Musica at the Festa del Cinema (Roma Film Fesitval).  Additional tour dates coming, TBA.


Fall 2009 in France
A French production of the play is scheduled in Paris in the Fall 2009 at the Comédie des Champs-Elysées starring Caroline Silhol who also translated the play into French.

Vivien in Paris October 2009; Italy April 2010

ITALY: The play will be at the Eliseo Theatre in Roma from April 20, 2010, part of a grand tour with itinerary coming soon.

FRANCE: The play will open the end of October 2009 at the Comédie des Champs Elysées Theatre in Paris (750 seats) at 7pm, starring Caroline Silhol, under the direction of talented director Christophe Lidon. More details on the production coming soon.

The Scenedock Theatre

Vivien ran for three weeks as a fundraiser for "Festival Theatre USC-USA," aiding playwrights, directors, and actors for the journey to Scotland. The Scenedock Theatre is a recently renovated space for USC’s School of Theatre, replacing the legendary Greenroom Theatre after it burned to the ground.

Accepting an invitation to open Theatre LaB’s "Hollywood Season," Vivien continued to meet critical acclaim and standing-room only houses. Theatre LaB is Houston’s Premiere Off-Broadway Theatre, presenting contemporary works from around the world.

 

The Tiffany

Playing to sold-out houses and standing ovations, Vivien was extended for three months at the delightful Tiffany. Word-of-mouth response, returning patrons, and incredible press turnout made Vivien a tremendous success.


Edinburgh International Fringe Festival

Vivien’s world premiere was at The Drummond Theatre in Edinburgh, Scotland. It was commissioned after director John Edw. Blankenchip saw Marcy Lafferty’s short film, "Vivien: The Movie, The Marriage, The Madness."
